Just in time for the New Year—and the launch of the new Mercedes-Benz My Service Program—we’re reminding customers that when you drive a Mercedes-Benz and utilize our Roadside Assistance Program, you gain great peace of mind.

The Roadside Assistance Program offers “on-call” help 24 hours a day. So, whether you have car trouble at 2:00am or in the middle of the day, the Roadside Assistance Program offers around the clock complimentary services for flat tires, dead batteries, or if you are out of fuel, for eligible vehicles* covered under any Mercedes-Benz warranty as part of its Sign and Drive program.

Here are some additional ways we can help:

Towing you to the nearest authorized dealer. If you’ve experienced a mechanical issue or have been in an accident, we can arrange to have you towed to the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealer, at no charge for eligible vehicles.**

Trip routing. Going on a trip in your Mercedes-Benz vehicle? Let us help get you to your destination. Contact us at least two weeks before your trip and we’ll provide you with highlighted routes and a list of toll-free numbers for airlines, hotels and rental cars, as well as information on distances and major cities and points of interest along the way.

Trip Interruption. If you’re vehicle is still under warranty, we’ll reimburse you for documented accommodations (up to $300), meals and travel expenses if you’ve broken down. Certain conditions apply.***

The Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance Program and My Service recognize and address your unique needs at all times. Stay tuned for more details at visit or call a Benzel-Busch Customer Care Representative today.

*For certain unique circumstances, additional charges may apply to Sign and Drive.

*** If the breakdown occurs more than 100 miles from your home, the problem is covered by warranty and renders the vehicle inoperable or unsafe to drive. If your vehicle remains overnight at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership while repairs are performed, a maximum of three consecutive nights from your vehicle’s initial disablement applies. All claims are reviewed case by case by your authorized dealer.
