2007 model year changes

Mercedes-Benz C-Class Luxury models get increased equipment for 2007, with front power seats and an adjustable steering column with memory feature, plus 16-inch alloy wheels, now standard. Also, Sport models get a new, distinct six-spoke, 17-inch wheel design, and an AMG-design rear decklid spoiler and dual sport exhaust pipes. Inside, the Sports get black Birdseye maple trim instead of aluminum. The base C230 Sport model can now be run on any blend of ethanol and gasoline up to E85 (85 percent ethanol). The C-Class will be completely redesigned for the 2008 model year.

Special features for 2007

Whether as a Sport or Luxury model, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class comes quite lavishly equipped and strikes a nice balance between comfort and performance. The Luxury models especially offer a stronger value for 2007, with increased standard equipment without a significant rise in price, and in Sport guise, the C-Class is one of the few models in its class to offer a manual transmission.
