Why I’m Glad I Never Partnered With Steve Bannon And Breitbart

Trumpbart In December of last year this humble little blogger from Northern Illinois had an idea on how to bring more stories from Illinois and Chicago to the nation’s attention and to put a little conservative media pressure on the plethora of corrupt politicians this state is home to.

Working with Mike Flynn, a founding member of Andrew Breitbart’s media empire, and another top blogger/reporter from Illinois we turned that idea into a proposal to create a new Breitbart Chicago bureau; this was coming off of the launches of Breitbart’s London and Jerusalem bureaus.

On no less than three separate occasions during the early months of this year, Breitbart’s leader Steve Bannon, whose since become Donald Trump’s campaign manager, told me he loved the idea and wanted to have further talks about it. Talks that never materialized because Mr. Bannon kept forgetting that the pitch had been made to him and he liked it.

Then the Michelle Fields incident happened and the ensuing exodus of the sites leading conservatives such as Ben Shapiro led me and my partners to walked away from associating this project with Bannon and Breitbart and tried to pull the project off as a standalone entity we were planning on calling “Chicago’s Untouchables”.

Sadly Mike Flynn’s untimely death this Summer from a heart attack was a fatal blow to this project and a tremendous loss for all conservatives.

Needless to say, all these months later, I am glad that plan as originally formulated fell apart.

As we’ve all learned late Monday, during the GOP primaries one of the Democrat Party’s top operatives, and a subject in the recent James O’Keefe “rigging” videos, was working hand in hand with Steve Bannon and others at Breitbart to attack and undermine Senators Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz. Right Scoop and RedState have good pieces on that story.

This follows Steve Bannon’s Breitbart pushing the birther nonsense against Ted Cruz, going wall to wall against Paul Ryan in his primary, giving a platform to the pond scum known as Roger Stone, throwing Michelle Fields under the bus, and the multitude of other things that have made people rightfully refer to the once vaunted Breitbart News as Trumpbart.

As a conservative Tea Party activist committed to fighting bad government and corrupt politicians there is no way in Hell I could work for a “news” outlet that I’d have to investigate and report on.

Taking down corrupt career politicians like Michael Madigan or Illinois’ own Hillary Clinton would have been a lot easier with Breitbart’s name and reach, but not at the expense of having everyone else I would have been working with trying to eat our own in order to advance Nationalist Populism, protectionist trade policy(which caused the Great Depression), and the Alt-Right white supremacists.

I weep for what Steve Bannon and his band of cronies have done to Andrew’s name, legacy, and reputation, all in the name of advancing the most flawed GOP candidate/nominee EVER.

It Gets Worse: Cornell, Syracuse, Yale Destroy Copies Of The Constitution

Stock Photo of the Consitution of the United States and Feather QuillEarlier this week James O’Keefe and Project Veritas released video of a Vassar College in New York literally shredding a copy of the Constitution.

On Thursday O’Keefe and Project Veritas released a second video showing officials at Cornell, Syracuse, and Yale Universities all doing the same.

These so called institutions of higher learning, and the officials involved clearly have a hatred for the governing document of this country.  These people deserve to be fired immedietly.

From Campus Reform:

Yale Director of Academic Integrity Programs and Senior Deputy Title 1X Coordinator Jason Killheffer:

“If your freedom of expression impacts other people’s ability to engage actively in the community, to engage in their education or really take full advantage of everything that the university has to offer, then that’s when things cross that line,” he explained, but stopped short of endorsing the reporter’s proposal to ban the Constitution entirely, saying, “if this document exists in the library, it is not in your face.

“If you choose to go look at it, then that’s your choice,” he continued. “But when it is being dropped presumably in a public space, where people are likely to come up on it … then maybe that’s the difference.”

Killheffer nonchalantly complies when the reporter subsequently requests that he destroy the copy of the Constitution she had with her as a “therapeutic” exercise—a pattern that was repeated by administrators to whom the same reporter told a similar story at both Cornell and Syracuse.

Sheila Johnson-Willis, Interim Chief of Equal Opportunity and Title IX Officer at Syracuse. “I just see this as such an oppressive document that I was completely shocked to see it on campus.”

The reporter proceeds to produce printouts of school policies, saying, “I believe that handing out the Constitution on campus completely violates, you know, the discrimination and … bias policy, considering this document, you know, discriminates [against] women … [and] people of color.”

As Johnson-Willis nods along noncommittally, the reporter goes on to say, “I saw Syracuse as a place that really, you know, wanted to be inclusive … and cared about other students and not discriminating … is that true, like, do they really care?”

“Yes, yes,” Johnson-Willis responds, almost as if eager for the chance to break out of her somnolence. “I would say that we definitely care.”

When the reporter asks her if there is a way to get rid of the copy she had brought with her, Johnson-Willis assures her that there is, but requests that she be allowed to first take a picture of it. As she methodically cuts the document apart with a pair of scissors, Johnson-Willis makes sure that the symbolic action is enough to soothe the distraught “student,” offering to provide additional counseling if necessary, though the reporter demurs at the suggestion, saying it had given her “peace of mind” to witness the destruction.

Next, the video segues to Cornell, where the reporter gives Lead Title IX Investigator Elizabeth McGrath the same sob story she had related at Syracuse, embellishing that the experience was very “triggering” for her.

“Well, I think that the Constitution means things to different people; like you said it is a flawed document and the people who wrote it are certainly flawed individuals in my mind,” McGrath told her. “My personal feeling—and everybody’s entitled to their opinion—is that the people in the Supreme Court who wrote it against the same sex marriage were, you know, really out of their minds,” she added, explaining that she knows they are smart people, and therefore struggles to understand why they would hold such views.

McGrath nonetheless stood up, however meekly, in defense of the right to distribute the Constitution on campus, saying, “handing it out on campus, I think, is a way for everybody to sort of see how to choose to interpret it,” adding, “you know people can interpret it and fight against it however they want to, and I certainly think that Cornell supports you and however you want to go about that and to express your own viewpoints.”

When the reporter remarks that having the copy that she had brought along with her “has been really hard,” McGrath offers to hold on to it for her, prompting the reporter to ask, with some fanfare and great trepidation, whether there is “any way that maybe, like, we can get rid of it somehow” as a therapeutic measure.

“Absolutely,” McGrath replies conspiratorially, getting up to look for a shredder. “Yeah, free speech means freedom to destroy whatever you want to, as well,” she declared while prepping the Constitution for shredding.

Vassar College Literally Shreds The Constitution To Make A Student Feel Better

UnknownJames O’Keefe and Project Veritas has video of officials at Vassar College putting a copy of the Constitution in a shredder because one student complained that the Supreme Law of the Land was a “trigger”.

Vassar College is a small private liberal arts school located in Poughkeepsie, New York which is between New York City and Albany near the Connecticut border.

Project Veritas’ video also shows an official at Oberlin College saying that they too would shred the Constitution.

The complaining student, who was undercover for Project Veritas, said that students passing out copies of the Constitution had caused them pain and suffering.

From Project Veritas:

Colleen Cohen, Faculty Director of Affirmative Action and Professor of Anthropology and Women’s Studies, Oberlin College was caught on hidden camera telling a Project Veritas investigative journalist that: “It’s horrible that this is something that has caused you such pain.  And unless the people are from off campus we can’t keep them from disseminating it. Can I destroy this?… I’ll put it through a shredder.  Yeah I’ll put it in a shredder. I have to wait until my secretary comes back to be able to use the shredder.  So I can put it here and shred it when I get back.”

Kelly Grab, Assistant Director of Equal Opportunity, Vassar College was captured on video saying:  “Yes, I think we have a shredder in the front office there. Did you want to do it with me?” As you can see in the video, incredulously, Ms. Grab proceeds to shred the U.S. Constitution.

Such desecration and disrespect for our nations governing document should be a crime and these school officials who took part in destroying copies of the Constitution should be fired immediately.

Last month investigative journalist James O’Keefe dressed himself up as Osama Bin Laden and repeatedly walked across the US-Mexico border in Texas revealing just how insecure our souther border is.

Today James and his Project Veritas have released video of James dressed up as an ISIS terrorist crossing from Canada into Cleveland across Lake Erie using a boat.

Obamacare Navigator Willing To Release Private Information For Political Purposes

James O’Keefe and Project Veritas has another undercover video of an Obamacare navigator in Texas, who turns out is a major player with Organizing for Action, willing to release the private information for political purposes.

Project Veritas Obamacare Navigator Video #2: More Lying

James O’Keefe and Project Veritas have released the second in a series of undercover videos of Obamacare navigators telling people to lie and defraud the government as they enroll in Obamacare.

Undercover Video Shows Obamacare Navigators Telling People To Lie, Defraud

James O’Keefe and Project Veritas are at it again exposing deceit, lies, and fraud.  This time James and his undercover team went to some Obamacare navigators in Texas and were told how to lie, defraud, and game the system.

From Project Veritas:

Today Project Veritas released a new investigation exposing Obamacare navigators counseling applicants to lie about their income and deceive the IRS, commit fraud on applications by not reporting full health history, and more.

This is just the first video in a series of Obamacare investigations to be released in the coming weeks. The purpose of these investigations is not to advocate for defunding or the repeal of Obamacare but to expose waste, fraud, and abuse within the system.

Former US Attorney And Tulane Universty Law Dean Goes Nuts In Front Of James O’Keefe

In 2010 then US attorney Jim Letten helped to prosecute investigative reporter James O’Keefe.  Letten is now the dean of the Tulane University Law School.  Recently O’Keefe tried to give Letten a copy of his best selling book Breakthrough, that in turned caused Letten to go absolutely nuts, and it was all caught on tape.

From the video’s Youtube description:

Project Veritas confronts former US Attorney Jim Letten at Tulane University, where he is now employed as a dean at the law school

Letten resigned in disgrace when his office was found attempting to manipulate open trials by disparaging the reputation of defendants on online public forums

There is reason to believe the US Department Of Justice pressured Letten’s office back in 2010 to prosecute O’Keefe. After the incident in Sen. Landrieu’s office, in which videographers sought to ascertain whether constituent phone calls were being answered, Letten recused from the case, only to pass it to associates within the office that even included Sen. Landreiu’s brother.

When confronted, Letten only came out of his office after contacting various members of law enforcement. He then proceeded to swear at our reporters, created fictional crimes, made false statements in front of police, and even committed a minor assault. He acted with complete impunity, as the police officers patiently waited in silence until the conclusion of his tirade, only to then detain our reporters under another fictional pretense.
