This is an update to the last post about a Federal judges ruling against the first amendment rights of folks and students at a graduation ceremony in Texas.  Late friday an appellate court reversed the original judges ruling effectively eliminating prayer and religion from the graduation ceremony.  Good job to the appellate court, this ruling was truly awful.
