A word to describe the Libya conflict

It is said that brevity is the soul of wit, so when it comes to what is going on in Libya now one week after "kinetic military action" began I have a word that encapsulates the whole situation and absolutely nothing else needs to be said about it.  That word is, cluster-fuck.
